Drum Dryer

Principle:

In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and material is suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and solid is large, heat transfer rate is high. Its peculiarly suitable for drying heat sensitive material like sawdust, rice shell, milled stalks etc.

In drying process, clean cool air is heated by hot air stove, and mixed with wet material sent by spiral feeder. Wet sawdust is dried in few minutes. Dried material is discharged through centrifugal fan. Exhaust air is let out into atmosphere.

This Dryer is used to dry the raw material with moisture content >50%.

 + 3kw (Drum Motor) + 1.5kw (Screw Conveyor)

Capacity:  (input) 300-700kg/hour    (output) 200-500kg/hour
